SHOPPING AT KHAI KHAI JEWELRY
All web orders are made to order. Orders can take up to 4 weeks to produce and in some cases longer depending on availability of the resources required for the specific purchased item/s. If you have ordered multiple items it is possible that you will receive partial shipments.
Items marked final cannot in any case be returned. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, A Return Authorization Number must be requested within 7 days of the order’s delivery date. The item(s) must be returned in its original condition with its original tags and must not have been worn or altered in any way. Shipping fees are not refundable. The balance will be refunded to your credit card within 5 business days of the reception of the item at the Khai Khai offices. All returns must be authorized by us prior to the return. Please contact us by email or by phone to make a Return Authorization request. The Return Authorization number must be clearly written on the outside of the package. Additionally, returns should be shipped with a service providing a tracking number and insurance as we are not responsible for delayed, damaged or lost packages. Any returns received without a Return Authorization number or that do not comply with the Khai Khai return policy as stated above may be denied at the discretion of Khai Khai.
We will repair any jewelry purchased through KhaiKhaiJewelry.com. Items purchased through other retailers must be returned for repair to the store where the item was purchased. Please email email@example.com if you would like request a repair for an item purchased on our web shop. Repair on jewelry may be subject to a charge depending on the nature of the damage.
